To ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, we ask that you please respect our cancellation policy: • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.
